Standard Australia Post eParcel Service
We offer standard postage Australia wide with Australia Post. The delivery charge is dependent on the total weight of your order and the price will appear at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Express Australia Post eParcel Service
We offer express postage Australia wide with Australia Post. The express delivery charge is dependent on the total weight of your order and the price will appear at checkout after you enter your shipping address. Express delivery usually takes between 1-3 business days in the majority of metropolitan locations across Australia. With express shipping, your order is picked up and dispatched as a priority.
Please note that Boyd & Co cannot guarantee a specified delivery time as postal delays may occur.
Who delivers for Boyd & Co?
Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If there is no one to collect the package at the time of delivery, a delivery notification will be left, and the parcel can be collected from your nearest post office or the courier can be called to arrange a suitable re-delivery time.
How can I track my order?
An email is sent once your parcel is shipped with a link to track your parcel.
Where does Boyd & Co deliver from?
We deliver from our warehouse in Glen Waverley Victoria. Please note that this is warehouse only with no showroom. We do allow pickups by appointment only.

Returns Policy Damaged or Faulty Items on Delivery
Boyd & Co will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, provided a claim is made within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered and signed for.
To confirm the damage of the goods, we require photographic evidence. Once received, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out free of charge. In most cases, we will not require the damaged item be returned to us, however, we do request that you keep the damaged item until we confirm this with you.
If we do require the damaged item to be returned, we will cover the cost of its return. Customers are not charged for returning a damaged item to us. Please note that if you do not advise us of damage to the parcel within 48 hours of its delivery, we will be unable to assist you further under any circumstance.
Returns Policy for Change of Mind or Incorrect Choice Australia
For exchanges or returns related to a change of mind or incorrect choice, Boyd will happily exchange or refund any undamaged item(s) less delivery fee if they are returned to us within 30 days of making your purchase. When returning goods to us you must ensure the product and packaging is returned in the same condition as when you received it. This policy applies to customers in Australia only.
Warranty Claims for Faulty Items
At Boyd & Co we know that after sales support is very important and we are available during business hours to assist you with any product related questions or concerns. We are authorised stockists of all brands and products sold by us, meaning all these products have warranties. We will do everything we can to help you with your warranty claim and act on your behalf with brands.
Changing a Processed Order
All processed orders cannot be changed, amended or cancelled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Please check your order confirmation email carefully to ensure all information is correct. This will be sent to your nominated email address. Should you need to make changes to your order you must notify us by calling 0409171317 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
